Administration Fees

These fees cover our costs in regards to referencing, preparation of the Tenancy Agreement, inventory production, credit checks and the full administration of your application.

FIRST APPLICANT                                           £135.00 inclusive of VAT

SUBSEQUENT APPLICANTS                         £100.00 inclusive of VAT

GUARANTOR                                                   £25.00 inclusive of VAT

COMPANY LET                                                £300 inclusive of VAT

CHANGE OF OCCUPIER                                £100.00 inclusive of VAT

TENANCY RENEWAL                                     £75.00 inclusive of VAT

REFERENCE REQUEST                                 £20.00 inclusive of VAT

Please note that these fees are non-refundable.

Deposit

The deposit will, by law, be held by The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and will be released (subject to any agreed deductions) by The DPS at the end of the tenancy. Full terms & conditions of the scheme will be provided to you at the outset of the tenancy.
